If you prefer to eat vegetables, and that too without tons of oil and spices, then this simple recipe is for you. I like the simplicity of cabbage. In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated vegetables of all time. I want to cook primarily flavorful stir fries with this. One dish cooked quite a few times in my kitchen is Cabbage and Carrot Stir-fry with Green Peas. I like to serve this dish with crispy whole wheat paratha or avoAvocado Spinach Roti. Sometimes I make this with potatoes, Potato, Cabbage, and Peas Curry. Both cabbage recipes are delicious in taste and have easy cooking skills.

Ingredients Needed?

Cabbag Cabbage Turmeric Powder Salt- Red Chili Powder/Paprika- Olive Oil Lime Juice

How to Cook?

Wash and dry the cabbage. Divide it into four wedges by using a sharp kitchen knife. Prepare the marinade. Brush the marinade properly into the cabbage for bold flavors. Take enough hot water in a bowl to dip the wedges. Dip cabbage wedges in that for 5 minutes. Drey them with a paper towel .Do it carefully, so that it doesn’t break. Preheat the air fryer to 350 F for a minute or two. Place the cabbage wedges inside the basket. Air fry them for -8 minutes or till they are crispy on the outside but soft and creamy on the inside. Serve with any creamy hummus or any dip of your choice.
