Have you ever tried garlic bread in an air fryer? And, that too with French baguette? Folks, if not, you are missing out on something. I have loved it since I tried it. This recipe is so good that it’s a total air fryer revolution. It’s fun, takes little time, and has quite a few ingredients. Gone are the days when we bought frozen garlic bread. It was good, but this semi-homemade garlic bread is super duper tasty and easy to make. Garlic bread tastes excellent with Gnocchi Tomato Soup and Chickpea Noodles Soup. You can also have it with pasta. I love serving it with tomato, Sun-dried Tomato Spinach Pasta, and tomato-ey Garlic Tomato-Cream Pasta.
What Ingredients Are Needed for This Recipe?
French Baguette/Any other bread- I prefer to make this garlic bread with fresh French baguette. Butter—This recipe uses room-temperature butter. I prefer unsalted butter since you use cheese. Cheese has salt in it, and you don’t want to overpower the bread with salted butter or salt seasoning. Garlic- Fresh garlic works best in this recipe. You cannot beat the fresh garlic flavor. I love to use tons of garlic in this recipe. Garlic Powder-Just a little bit. Red Pepper Flakes- If you like a hint of spice, then you can use red pepper flakes. Shredded Cheese(Vegan)—You can use the cheese of your choice, whether vegan or milk-based. I love to use mozzarella and cheddar mixed cheese. Any herbs for garnish.
How to make this?
Take a baguette. If it’s long in size, then divide it into two parts so that it can fit into the air fryer. After slicing the bread into pieces, slather them with butter and garlic mix. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Toast or bake in an air fryer until they look golden and crispy on the outside. Serve them just hot out of the air fryer.
