What Ingredients Do You Need to Make Air Fryer Grilled Yoghurt Sandwich?

Bread- Any bread of your choice. Vegan Butter/Normal salted butter Vegetables- I have used carrots, onions, cucumbers, peppers, and broccoli. Yogurt- Any plant-based yogurt or regular Greek yogurt. Grated Cheese- Plant-based or any cheese blend. Spices- Red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt.

How to Cook the Sandwich-

Chop all the vegetables finely. You can use as many as you like. Take yogurt in a cup and add all the seasoning to it. Mix all the vegetables with yogurt. Add shredded cheese to the mix. Butter one side of the bread slice. It’s best to use room temp butter. Apply tomato ketchup to one side of the slice. Arrange vegetables and yoghurt filling on the bread. Cover with another slice of bread. Butter the slice as well. Place in the lower air fryer grill. Air fry till golden and crisp.
