Button mushroom or Baby Bella works nicely in this recipe. Button mushrooms are mild and fit better for the mild, creamy, cheesy stuffing. However, you should use Baby Bella or Cremini mushrooms to make a bold statement with your appetizer. I make these cute stuffed mushrooms in my Gourmia or Philips air fryer. My air fryer is not huge, so I do it in batches to make a considerable quantity. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you can always make this in one go or batches.

Mushroom- Button Mushroom or Baby Bella, depending on your choice. Cream Cheese- Any cream cheese or vegan cream cheese of your choice. Shredded Cheese- Any of your favorite shredded cheese. Sometimes, I use a blend of cheeses to top it off. It tastes delicious and is quite cheesy. Green Onion- I love the mild flavor of green onion. However, you are free to use any other type as well. Garlic- Lots of garlic adds up to the flavor. Feel free to add or subtract the quantity. Red Pepper Flakes are the best for a lovely hint of spice. Butter, Olive Oil, and staples like salt and pepper.
How to Make?
The process of making this air fryer stuffed mushroom is super simple. First, start with washing and removing all the dirt from the mushroom. Dry off the mushroom with a paper towel. Scoop off the stalk with the help of a small spoon. Chop the mushroom, garlic, and green onion. Saute everything in butter/olive oil and use the seasoning. Spray the basket of the air fryers with olive oil spray. Brush or spray all the mushrooms. Stuff them with the prepared stuffing. Top it off with shredded cheese. Line them in the air fryer basket, and air fry them on 370 for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on the mushrooms so the cheese doesn’t get burnt. Enjoy them while they are still hot.
