What Ingredients are Needed for Making this?

Zucchini- Fresh zucchini is the star ingredient of this dish. Chickpea Flour- For making my vegan version of zucchini fritters, chickpea flour is quite an important ingredient. Onion/Green Onion- Any type of finely chopped onion will work in this recipe. Minced Garlic- Who doesn’t love garlic flavour? This brings out the best of this fritter recipe. Minced garlic makes this bland zucchini taste delicious. Fresh Chilli Pepper-If you are not into spicy food, just skip this ingredient. However, since I love a little bite from hot chillies, I used them. I used red hot Thai chilli pepper, sliced thinly in this recipe. Salt, oil spray for an air fryer, cilantro, a few lemons or lime juice(optional sprinkling) will also be used before serving.
