Ingredients needed to make Crispy Masala Bhakri,
Wheat flour, Fresh chopped cilantro, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, oil, and water. Traditionally coarse wheat flour and normal wheat flour are combined to cook masala bhakri but since coarse wheat flour is not readily available I have not used it. If you can get hold of it, use it in equal quantity. That will give you a much flaky texture.
How to Cook?
First, take everything(without water) in a big bowl and mix with your fingers. Mix everything nicely to make a crumbly flour mixture. When you try to keep some of the mixture in the palm, you will be able to form a crumbly ball. Then mix water little by little to make a nice stiff dough. Make nice thick crisp bhakri with the help of a rolling pin. Cook the bhakri on both sides till the sides look crispy and golden. Brush with ghee or oil and cook it just for some time or till you like the texture. Remove it on a plate lined with a paper towel and enjoy.
