How to make this Curry?

Paneer Cubes are simmered in a lovely onion-tomato curry. Besan/Chickpea flour/Garbanzo bean flour is roasted with the onion to give the gravy a pleasant aroma. The addition of besan /Chickpea flour prevents the yogurt from curdling, providing the curry with a lovely thickness. Chopped onion, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes, and red chili powder, mixed with yogurt, are simmered until the oil is released. Paneer cubes are then simmered in the gravy for some time. There is always an option of frying paneer or not frying paneer . Choose according to your preferences.

How to Serve?
