Why do we love this Ramen?
Super quick. It takes only 15 minutes to fix a hot meal on busy days. It’s so easy that even teenagers can make it, and that too as an after-school snack. There are unlimited possibilities for tweaking according to our taste buds. You can add any protein of your choice to your bowl of ramen. It only requires essential pantry staple ingredients used in almost all Asian cuisines.

What Ingredients are needed?
Ramen /Maggie or any Noodle of your choice. For the sauce mix, Garlic, Ginger, scallion, sesame seeds, hot oil, peanut butter,gochugaru or Kashmiri red chili powder or red pepper flakes(not very spicy type), Gochujang, Rice Vinegar, Dark Soy Sauce, Coconut sugar/brown sugar, Hot noodle water. Noodles: Any store-bought ramen of your choice will work. You can also use Maggie or any other type of noodles.
How to make it?
First, boil the noodles/ramen and place them in a bowl. Then, take another bowl and prepare the sauce mix by whisking everything together. The third step is to mix the ramen and sauce mix. Combine them nicely so the ramen is coated beautifully with the creamy, spicy sauce. Garnish and enjoy.
Can we meal prep this dish?
You can prepare a sauce mix and keep the boiled ramen separate. Whenever you want to eat, heat everything and mix it to make an excellent, easy Korean-inspired ramen.
