Years passed, and I never tried to put my hands in that unknown territory of cuisine. However, a few years back, when we were in Hyderabad, my house-help showed me how to make these snacks. That Diwali, they treated us with lots of savory snacks from the south. For them, it was pretty easy, and they bought their ancient and efficient gadgets with them. My kids love having Ribbon Pakora, Murukku, and other munch items. So this year, for Diwali, I thought of including Murukku with my other snacks, and I’m happy that it came out well.
