I love to make banana bread. The most important reasons for this are that it’s really easy and doesn’t involve five thousand steps. Just mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and mix them together. It has just the perfect amount of sweetness combined with a soft and delicate texture. My kids just love banana bread for breakfast or as a snack any day of the week. It’s an incredibly easy recipe- even my teenagers whip them in a professional manner. Try this recipe yourself to find out how simple it is. This recipe is failproof and always gives the desired result. What Ingredients are Needed for this Eggless /Vegan Banana Bread?
Flour- I have used all-purpose flour this time, however, using whole wheat flour is perfectly fine. You can even use both of them in the same proportion as well. Oil- Since this is the vegan version of banana bread, I have used odorless oil. You can use any oil of your choice which doesn’t have an overpowering taste. Sugar- Brown sugar comes naturally to banana bread and it helps in getting that beautiful brown color, however, you can use any granulated sugar of your choice. Chocolate Chips- I have used dark chocolate chips, however, you can use any chip of your choice or even skip it. Vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt are a few staples of baking.

How to Bake It-
Dry Ingredients- Mix dry ingredients by whisking them together. These ingredients include flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder. Make sure they are combined properly. Wet Ingredients- Mash overripe bananas. Combine oil, yoghurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Make sure they do not have any lumps. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients by creating enough air pockets in them. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan by placing parchment paper or by buttering the baking tin. Bake till a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool on the wire rack and slice it afterwards only. Enjoy!!!
