Basmati Rice- Long grain basmati Rice.They make this pulao delicious. Sliced onion is used in this recipe to add a lovely caramelized sweetness to the dish. Ghee or oil—Ghee makes this rice pulao rich and fragrant, but depending on your taste, you can use any neutral oil, like avocado or grapefruit. However, olive oil and coconut oil are not recommended. Whole Spices- Fragrant spices like cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, and cumin seeds are used. Aromatics- Ginger- Garlic Paste, slit green chili, salt and garam masala powder.

Cooking in an Instant Pot is super simple. It has a rice cooking button; however, I prefer to cook the rice pulao manually. This way, it takes less time, and rice grains come out perfectly. I cook my rice on high pressure for five minutes. Let the steam release naturally, and fluff the rice with a fork after removing the lid.
