Bread- You can use sourdough bread, normal white bread, or French bread. Any bread of your choice is perfect. Mozzarella Cheese- If not Mozzarella, you can use burrata. They make your toast creamy and delectable. Tomatoes- I have used cherry tomatoes, however, feel free to use beef-steak tomatoes and vine ripe tomatoes. My garden is producing super sweet cherry tomatoes in buckets every day, so I am using those everywhere. Olive Oil- Drizzling some olive oil on the toast increases the taste level. You can butter them up too, however, I like olive oil better. Pizza Sauce- I have used my homemade pizza sauce. Basil Leaves- My garden fresh basil leaves are just so fragrant that using them makes my toasts super delicious. Red Pepper Flakes- If you like spicy pizza otherwise, skip it.
